  • At least 3 years of completed specialised vocational training in the field of industrial mechanics or tool mechanics
  • Experience in handling hazardous substances desirable
  • Knowledge of English (level A1)
  • Team/communication skills, as well as commitment and resilience
  • High quality awareness with a precise way of working
  • Reliability

Boarding / Your tasks

  • Checking the completeness and conformity of the working papers with the engine components
  • Preparation of manual repairs
  • Setting up workstations and systems
  • Preparing the individual parts and assemblies to be processed
  • Carrying out the manual repair
  • Carrying out mechanical processing (e.g. sawing, drilling, thread cutting)
  • Carrying out assembly work (e.g. screws, pins, bushes)
  • Operating machines (e.g. folding bench, presses, drilling machines)
  • Carrying out heat treatments (except after welding)
  • Production of individual parts (e.g. production of brackets)
  • Carrying out quality control (e.g. visual inspection, dimensional inspection)
  • Documenting the processed work orders with regard to completeness and correctness in the system
