  • At least 3 years of completed specialised vocational training, e.g. in the field of process, machining or industrial mechanics

Boarding / Your tasks

  • Checking the completeness and conformity of the working papers with the engine components
  • Preparing the systems
  • Setting up the systems for the specified process 
  • Blasting and coating of test panels
  • Carrying out tests (e.g. hardness tests) and adjusting parameters if necessary
  • Preparing the parts for blasting
  • Carrying out a visual inspection of the components for damage or soiling
  • Checking measuring points
  • Cleaning and masking the components according to specifications
  • Assembling individual parts
  • Clamping components according to specifications
  • Blasting/coating parts
  • Fill systems and check system status (cleanliness, operational readiness)
  • Load appropriate processing programme and check system parameters, run programme
  • Clean the plasma systems in compliance with the prescribed safety measures
  • Eliminate minor faults
  • Carry out quality control (e.g. visual inspection, dimensional check)
  • Documenting the processed work orders with regard to completeness and correctness in the system, completing measurement logs
