  • Completed at least 3 years of university education in the field of aviation or mechanical engineering
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation, in the field of work preparation or engine repair
  • and overhaul
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the functionality of engine components and systems
  • Good knowledge of engine documentation and applicable airworthiness and safety requirements
  • Customer and target-orientation
  • Flexible, independent and punctual working style
  • High level of communication skills, ability to work in a team - and resilience

Boarding / Your tasks

  •  Gathering and assessing technical variances across the production teams and obtaining
  • TVs (Technical Variances) from Rolls-Royce
  • Recognising necessary and strategic changes in the manual and developing
  • change proposals
  • Planning and implementing process-related improvements to optimise quality, costs
  • and time
  • Actively communicate proposals for alternative repair techniques to Rolls-Royce
  • Coordinating and communicating technical deviations to the mechanic teams and Rolls-Royce
  • Working closely with internal project and customer teams to ensure a smooth and trouble-free process
