- Gathering and assessing technical variances across the production teams and obtaining
- TVs (Technical Variances) from Rolls-Royce
- Recognising necessary and strategic changes in the manual and developing

- Planning and implementing process-related improvements to optimise quality, costs

- Actively communicate proposals for alternative repair techniques to Rolls-Royce
- Coordinating and communicating technical deviations to the mechanic teams and Rolls-Royce
