  • Completed at least 3 years of vocational training and completed 2 years of specialised training (technician, master craftsman, etc.) 
  • Many years of professional experience
  • Very good specialist knowledge in the field of logistics, especially for forklift driving and line supply
  • Knowledge of labour and time management methods
  • Very good product and process knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Good knowledge of English (level B2)
  • Empathy, communication skills and confidence
  • High flexibility and resilience

Boarding / Your tasks

  • Further developing and optimising the division and the associated processes; ensuring the production programme in terms of quality, quantity, adherence to deadlines and cost-effectiveness
  • Minimising risks and, if necessary, carrying out crisis management (including capacity bottlenecks, system failures)
  • Contributing to the definition of divisional targets and ensuring that they are achieved
  • Carrying out and coordinating budget planning and managing the budget
  • Carrying out and coordinating capacity and personnel planning (including selecting new employees)
  • Managing employees on a professional and disciplinary level and conducting employee appraisals, promoting employee development and ensuring qualification measures
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations, BVs, working time regulations, etc. in the department
  • Ensure communication and information flow in the team (e.g. team meetings, performance dialogue)
  • Counteracting deviations, dealing with process and technical problems (e.g. problem report, 8D, accident investigations)
  • Initiating, supporting and implementing projects
