  • At least 4 years of university education as a business computer scientist, -engineer or with business administration
  • IT project experience for the upcoming transition to SAP S/4 HANA as well as new ERP/SAP processes or systems with focus on SCM/Logistics desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in production-related SAP environment, at least with SAP R3, ideally with reference to SAP S/4HANA desirable
  • solid knowledge of SAP, ideally in the modules PP (incl. PP/DS and/or APO and IBP), MM, eWM and SD
  • practical experience from conception and implementation to go-live and further maintenance of an SAP system desirable
  • sound knowledge of SCM, logistics and/or production in a manufacturing or maintenance company
  • comprehensive knowledge of project and portfolio management with appropriate qualifications
  • very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language
  • secure mastery of the relevant MS Office programs
  • very good communication skills
  • high resilience, willingness to work, commitment, initiative and loyalty
  • analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as independent goal-oriented working methods

Boarding / Your tasks

  • Technical support of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team as well as internal project teams in the area of SAP modules PP (incl. PP/DS and IBP), MM, eWM and SD from an SCM perspective
  • Recording and continuous alignment of requirements and processes in the SCM/Logistics area and their translation into SAP processes and models
  • Further development of processes in the area of SCM with SAP modules PP (incl. PP/DS and IBP), MM, eWM and SD as well as selection and consultation on suitable additional applications
  • Management of SCM projects related to technology and tools SAP S4 HANA
  • Development, support and extension of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes with internal and external partners as well as internal and inter-company workflows
  • Development and description of programming projects for SAP developers
  • Development and implementation of training courses on the use of modules in SAP S/4HANA as well as additional applications with interfaces to SAP
  • Identification and assessment of needs for SCM/SAP projects, elaboration of ideas and development of sketches for these projects
  • Preparation of project proposals and management of the evaluation and approval process
  • Participation in selected interdisciplinary N3 projects with SCM/SAP participation
