Boarding / Your tasks

  • Ensuring the supply of the company with materials and services in the indirect sector
  • Execution of all operational tasks in the course of order processing
  • Execution of price requests, price comparisons and price negotiations
  • Ensuring on-time and on-quantity deliveries incl. Dunning
  • Coordination of deliveries of goods
  • Examination and processing of order confirmations
  • Active invoice control and, if necessary, Clarification of complaints
  • Complaint handling as well as support and handling of escalation cases
  • Active project collaboration in the tendering and awarding process
  • Maintenance of supplier, order and other data in the purchasing systems (e. g. SAP)
  • Support in supplier acquisition and support, as well as in the preparation of statistics and analyses
