  • Completed vocational training of at least 3 years
  • Very good specialist knowledge in the logistics sector, especially in the area of forklift driving and line supply
  • Knowledge of English (at least level B1)
  • Team and communication skills
  • Commitment and ability to work under pressure

Boarding / Your tasks

  • Carrying out department-specific work
  • Ensuring operational production control and processes in the logistics area with regard to quality, quantity, adherence to deadlines and cost-effectiveness
  • Deployment of personnel (including shift and attendance planning, role and rights management), machines, materials and operating resources according to requirements and cost-effectiveness
  • Compliance with and ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining and operational regulations in the area
  • Responsibility for communication and the flow of information within the team (e.g. through team meetings, instructions, occupational safety)
  • Collaboration in the processing of process and technical problems
  • Supporting the head of department (e.g. in preparing and accompanying staff appraisals)
  • Prospective assumption of the disciplinary management of employees
