N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European centre of excellence for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce Trent engines. engines of the Trent series.   • at least 3 years of university education in the field of aviation, mechanical engineering or similar
  • professional experience in aviation, in the field of work preparation or engine repair and overhaul desirable
  • high quality awareness as well as strong customer and goal orientation
  • ability to work in a team, assertiveness and initiative
  • good knowledge of German desirable 



  • technical support of the individual specialist areas in disassembly, assembly and findings, taking into account
  • customer requirements and technical feasibility
  • determination of test methods as well as analysis of existing test procedures under consideration of
    quality, cost and optimisation potentials
  • creating the necessary generic and specific documentation
  • introducing and analysing new procedures and technologies
  • implementation of requirements in compliance with current directives and regulations, e.g. from authorities and manufacturers
  • manufacturer specifications
  • supervision of machines and systems in individual specialist areas
  • coordinating technical content with customers, suppliers and specialist departments
  • conducting training and technical briefings
  • leading department-related process improvements
