Check-In / Your tasks

  • On-time scheduling of all materials for current production orders
  • Determination of material requirements
  • Checking material requirements from a technical and commercial perspective
  • Deriving and triggering orders for new parts
  • Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates
  • Coordinating change proposals in the event of deviations from the target
  • Identifying critical materials and initating and following up on improvement measures
  • Close coordination with order management to reduce overall operational effects
  • Implementation of material planning specifications
  • Checking orders for the use of revised materials and technical clarifications on the use of "deviating comonents"
  • Taking on special tasks and participating in projects

Boarding / Your profile

  • Completed vocational training and specialised training (e.g technician, master craftsman, etc.) or completed university education (e.g. Bachelor`s degree)
  • Professional experience in material planning in the manufacturing indistry is desirable
  • Very good communication skills, creativity and assertiveness
  • Strong awareness of costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Independent, goal-orientated way of working, high level of initative
  • Proficiency in the relevant MS Office programmes, sound knowledge of SAP (MM modules)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
